Ordering Online

• Navigate via the menus to the items you require and double click to open the ordering box with detailed product description.
  
  
• The QTY shown will always be 1 so change this to your required amount.
  
  
• Click on "Add to Order" button. (this does not place an order, it just adds the product to your current order)
  
  
• Carry on shopping in this way until you have completed your order. Please note that you can view your order at anytime by simply clicking "My Cart" on the main page or the "View Order" button when ordering an item. On this form you can always change quantities or even remove any products that you have ordered.
  
  
• Once you are satisfied that your order is complete and you've got what you want hit the "place order" button and you will again be able to view your full order and see your total order value including Freight Charges.
  NB: All our prices are always inclusive of GST. Freight Charges are always A$7.50 within Australia regardless of the size or weight of the order. For all International orders please contact us directly via email before placing your order to be advised of Freight Charges.
  
  
• Please fill in carefully your Billing details and also the Delivery/Recipient details if these are different to the Billing details. You can also use the "Delivery Instructions/Comments" at the end of the page to let us know any additional information that we need to know. Next hit the "Send Order" button and you will automatically receive a receipt and a copy of your order via email.
  
  
• Next is the payment part of the order and we use PayPal which is a secure, fast and safe method of payment.
  
  
• At the bottom of the Order Receipt please hit the "Pay with Papal" button which will then take you to the PayPal Section. You now have a choice whether to pay with your own PayPal account or if you don’t have one your credit card. Please note that only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
