We offer a few ways to place an order. You can use our online shopping cart, order by email or phone in an order to us at the office on 02 66855006
Online Shopping Cart
(Please refer to the "How to Order" section for a more detailed overview of how to order online)
We use a straight forward shopping cart system. You can add, alter, or remove items from your cart as you shop. You are not required to submit any personal information until you are finished shopping. For payments we use the PayPal Gateway which is a secure, fast and safe method of payment.
Payments via PayPal can be made either with the shoppers own personal PayPal account or with a Credit Card. All Visa and MasterCard’s are accepted.
Phone Orders and Email Orders
To support our customers' needs, all orders can also be placed over the phone or by email. Simply select your items as normal and fill in your address details etc. Place your order but stop at the payments page and then phone us at the office on 02 66855006 and quote your 'Order Number''. (If outside of office hours then please leave us your contact details and we will call you back)
Alternatively you can also call the office, tell us which items you would like, give us your credit card details and the delivery address for the order.
Payments
Payments can be made through our web site via credit card - Visa, MasterCard or via EFT, money order or business cheque.
If you have any concerns about making a Credit Card payment online via PayPal, we provide other options.
- You can call us at the office (02 66855006) and give us your credit card details. We accept all Visa and MasterCard’s but not American Express.
- Payments can be made by cheque or money orders and posted to Artiwood Pty Ltd, Po Box 1630, Byron Bay, NSW 2481.
- Electronic Transfer to BSB 012 554 AC/NO 1109 430 18. Name of Account Artiwood Pty Ltd. If you pay by electronic transfer please call us and quote the EFT (electronic funds transfer) details so we can match the payment to your order.
NB: Orders will only be processed and dispatched once your payment has been made and money has been received.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Postal Charges and Delivery Times
Postal Charges are always Au$9.50 within Australia regardless of the size or weight of the order. We will deliver any where in Australia and we use a combination of Australia Post Parcel Post and couriers for all our deliveries
For all International orders please contact us directly via email before placing your order to be advised of Freight Charges.
We always try to process all orders as fast and efficiently as possible and you should expect to be receiving your order within 3 - 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of the order & payment being made to Artiwood.
Back Orders, Items out of Stock or Not Available
Please note that we take special care to keep our website up to date and always indicate when an item is "Out of Stock or Not Available" In the rare event that an item you select is not indicated as being "Out of Stock or Not Available" but is actually not available we will contact you immediately and may offer an alternative or offer to place the item on back order for you. All prepaid back order items will be delivered free of charge when ordered as part of a current purchase.
You are also welcome to place an order on an item that is marked as "Out of Stock or Not Available" into your shopping cart. This item will not be charged to your account but we will make a note that you have ordered that item and will contact you when it becomes available. This ensures that you do not miss out on any new items or un-available products.
Damaged Items, Shipping Errors, Refunds and Returns
All of the products we sell are brand new, factory fresh items and when we ship an item to you, it goes through many checks to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Even so given the fact that all our products are handmade there may occasionally be an oversight and the quality not up to scratch.
Also once in a while an item may get damaged in shipment or occasionally the wrong item is shipped from our warehouse. Therefore we ask you to please check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages and errors in shipment must be reported to Artiwood Pty Ltd within 7 days without exception.
Each case of damage is handled differently. You may be asked to return the product to us, and all products which are received damaged may be replaced, repaired, or returned for a refund at the discretion of Artiwood Pty Ltd.
